Chapter — — Privacy
In short: no cookies, no advertising profiles, nothing passed on.
Privacy policy
This site sets no cookies, builds no advertising profiles and passes no data on for advertising purposes. What is processed nevertheless, and why, is set out here in full.

No data protection officer has been appointed; there is no legal obligation to do so.
02Visiting the website (server logs)
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and delivered via their servers. Technically necessary access data is processed in the course of this: IP address, date and time, the address requested, status code, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system identifiers.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation. A data processing agreement is in place; any transfer to the USA is safeguarded on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.
03Request form and newsletter
If you send the request form or the sign-up for the Kuschel:News letter, the details you enter — depending on the form, name, email address, telephone number, the format you want and your message — are passed to a forwarding interface and delivered from there to the provider's email inbox.
This data is used exclusively to answer your enquiry or to send you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent) respectively. You can withdraw your consent to the newsletter informally at any time — an email is enough.
Enquiries are deleted as soon as they have been dealt with and no statutory retention periods stand in the way.
04Map display
On the “Request an appointment” page a map section from OpenStreetMap is embedded. When the map loads, your browser connects to servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation and transmits your IP address in the process. The map is loaded lazily and deliberately shows only the district, not the exact location.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in comprehensible directions.
05Reach measurement
To evaluate which pages are called up how often, the website sends a short record to a measurement service on every page view: the address requested, the referring page and — if present in the address — campaign parameters.
No cookies are set in the process, no cross-device profiles are built and no directly personal data is transmitted. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, no measurement takes place at all. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
06Fonts and cookies
The fonts used are delivered with the site itself. No connection to Google servers is created.
This website sets no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. The slim notice at the bottom of the page is therefore not a consent banner but purely information: the fact that you have seen it is stored solely in your browser (localStorage, key “cookie-consent”) and is never transmitted to a server.
07Particular confidentiality
Whatever is discussed in a session, in a pre-talk or at a cuddle party stays there. No client files are kept, no health data is collected and no names, stories or photos are passed on — not anonymised either, and not as an example.
08Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
For any of this, an informal message to Zeraldas.kitchen@gmail.com is enough. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — the competent one is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Version of this policy: September 2026. It will be adjusted when the website changes.
