You pay after the session
Cash on site or by bank transfer. No prepayment, no deposit.
Cancellation up to 24 hours before
Free of charge. After that half, because the time was blocked.
Pre-talk included
The phone call before the first session costs nothing.

A one-to-one session costs €90 for 60 minutes, €120 for 90 minutes and €150 for 120 minutes. The introductory phone call beforehand is free; a cuddle party is €20, or €15 reduced. You pay in cash on site or by bank transfer after the appointment.

Emotional Release Breathwork (kernwärts©) followed by being held — breath opens, touch catches.
At the edge of the forest instead of indoors: sitting, blanket, silence, touch in the open. Weather permitting.
Sessions are held in English at no extra cost — just say so when you book.
For couples or friends who want to relearn touch with each other. 90 min., guided.
I come to you, you stay in your own four walls. Surcharge on top of the session.

Conscious Cuddle Experience in Mönchengladbach. Facilitated, sex-free, with a fixed set of rules.
3 hours in a group: feeling boundaries, saying no, learning to ask. The Wheel of Consent, hands on.
Two days, small group, with breathwork and a nature part. Without accommodation.
Friday to Sunday with accommodation, meals, a nature programme and cuddle evenings.
Everything marked “Proposed” is a customary guide price we set for this site — not yet confirmed by Nicole. The three prices for one-to-one sessions (€90 / €120 / €150), by contrast, were given to us as binding.
