You send the request, I usually reply within 24 hours. The pre-talk costs nothing and commits you to nothing — only after that is anything fixed.
Chapter 01 — The request
You don't have to know anything yet. “I'm unsure” is a good first message.

I read the request.
Usually the same evening. You get an answer by email — no advertising, no automated newsletter.

We talk on the phone, free.
About twenty minutes. I explain the framework, you ask everything. You decide afterwards, not before.

Then the appointment is fixed.
With the confirmation you get the exact address and a short description of how to get there.

Cancelling is allowed.
Free and without a reason up to 24 hours beforehand. That too is part of a safe framework.

In this field it is customary to give the address of the practice room only after an appointment has been arranged — that protects both sides. If it should be public, we'll put it in.
