Zeraldas Kitchen — cuddle therapy in Mönchengladbach

Courses · cuddle retreats · outdoors

Learning touchinstead of onlyreceiving it.

Group formats across an evening, a weekend or several days — with Emotional Release Breathwork and wilderness education. The combination you won't find anywhere else in the Rhineland.

Chapter 01Why outdoors

Nature and wilderness education isn't decoration in the programme — it is the third training.

Breath opens.Touch catches.Outdoors bothcome easier.

In a room with four walls, touch happens under observation — even when nobody is looking. In the forest that falls away. The ground is uneven, it's cool, something cracks somewhere, and suddenly closeness is no longer an arrangement but the most obvious thing in the world.

That is why the courses and retreats always have an outdoor part: fire, walking, sitting, silence. Wilderness education doesn't mean survival training here, it means the opposite — slowing down until you notice something again.

The second element is the breathwork. Emotional Release Breathwork after kernwärts© brings things to the surface in forty minutes that take months in words. Driving home alone afterwards would be wrong — that is exactly what the group is for, simply being there afterwards.

Chapter 02 — A day on a cuddle retreat

Morning

Starting outdoors.

Out after breakfast, on foot, with no destination. Walking until the conversation stops of its own accord. Wilderness education begins with giving up having a plan.

Afternoon

Breathing.

Emotional Release Breathwork after kernwärts©, lying down, with a blanket. Forty minutes in which the body takes over. Afterwards the group simply lies next to each other.

Evening

Cuddle round.

Fire or lamp, blankets, the same rules as everywhere. Anyone who is tired goes to sleep — the door is never shut, and nobody holds anybody back.

Symbolic image — generated, not a photograph of a retreat that took place.

Chapter 03The four formats

From one evening to four days — all within the same framework.

An evening,a weekendor four days.

All four formats run under the same rules as a one-to-one session: clothed, sex-free, interruptible at any time.

01

Course evening “Practising no”

€45

3 hours · group of up to 12

An evening just for the basic question: how do I actually notice that I don't want to? Exercises in pairs, plenty of talking, little cuddling. Anyone who has done this once goes into every touch differently.

Prices, durations and group sizes are customary guide values that we proposed — Nicole will add the real conditions.

“The third day is the best. By then the head has finally stopped commenting on all of it.”
