Zeraldas Kitchen — cuddle therapy in Mönchengladbach

Chapter 01 — One-to-one sessions

An hour in whichnobody wantsanything from you.

60, 90 or 120 minutes of being held — clothed, sex-free and within a framework we agree together beforehand. In the practice room in Mönchengladbach-Hardt or at your home.

Wide low lying area with terracotta linen, a coarse knitted blanket and pale cushions, next to it a glowing paper floor lamp

Chapter 02The three lengths

Not three packages — the same session three times, with different amounts of time.

The difference isn'tthe programme. It's the time.

Every session has the same structure: arriving, agreeing, touch, coming back. What changes is the middle part — and that is exactly where the thing happens that brings people back.

60minutes

The first hour

€90

For a first time.

15 minutes arriving, 10 minutes agreeing, a good half hour of touch, 10 minutes coming back. Sounds short — but it is plenty to notice whether this is something for you.

For anyone who has been here once.

The difference isn't in the more, it's in the later: after about forty minutes the head stops commenting. In 60 minutes you rarely get that far.

For deep sessions.

Two hours for people who find it hard to let go, who carry a lot, or who want to combine touch with breathwork. There is room here for breaks, water and a second attempt.

The split of the minutes is our proposal, based on the usual structure of a session — in practice Nicole follows you, not the clock.

“You don't have to tell anything, work anything through or give anything back. You lie down, and somebody is there.”

Chapter 03Who this is for

You don't need a good reason. But in case you're looking for one:

Five sentencesthat are often said here.

  • You live alone.

And notice that in some weeks nobody touches you. That is the most common reason — and the least spectacular.

  • You've recently separated or been widowed.

The body misses something the head has already understood. Touch without a new relationship is exactly for that.

  • You only function any more.

Care work, shifts, children, a company. An hour in which nobody wants anything from you works differently from a spa day.

  • You want to relearn closeness.

Feeling where your own boundary runs, and practising saying it out loud — in a setting where nothing depends on it.

  • You're curious.

A perfectly sufficient reason too. You don't have to bring a deficit along to be allowed to lie down.

Important

Cuddle therapy is not psychotherapy and not a medical treatment. Nicole makes no diagnoses and treats no illnesses. In acute crises or during ongoing trauma therapy, please speak to your practitioner first.

Chapter 04How it runs

Seven steps, from the first message to the door.

From the first messageto the door.

A cuddle session doesn't begin on the lying area but with a free phone call. Only after that is there an appointment — and even that can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand.

  1. Step 1

    You write.

Via the form, by email or by phone. You don't have to know anything yet — “I'm not sure this is for me” is a perfectly good first message.

  2. approx. 20 min., free

    We talk on the phone.

Before you book, you hear my voice. I explain the framework, you ask whatever you want to ask. You decide afterwards — not before.

  3. the first 15 min.

    Arriving.

Shoes off, tea, sitting. We talk about the day, about how you're doing, about what won't work today. Nobody is touching anybody yet.

  4. 10 min.

    The rules, spoken out loud.

We go through the rules together and you say what additionally applies to you: not the head, not the feet, no weight on the chest — whatever it is.

  5. the main part

    Touch at your pace.

Clothed, usually lying down, often in silence. A position that feels good may stay for twenty minutes. You can say stop at any time, without giving a reason.

  6. last 10 min.

    Coming back.

Sitting up, tea, arriving. Some people talk, some stay quiet. I let nobody go straight from lying down into traffic.

  7. afterwards

    You leave when you're ready.

No sales pitch, no package offer at the door. If you want to come back, you know where I am.

What applies throughout — sex-free, clothed, interruptible at any time — is set out point by point in the rules. If you'd rather watch from two metres away first, come to a cuddle party.
