About Nicole Bader
Who is actuallyholding you.
Certified cuddle therapist, breathwork therapist after kernwärts© and wilderness educator — with a history of her own that explains why nobody is judged here.

Chapter 01 — The long version
Because cuddle therapy is purely a decision about trust.

Three trainings,one order.
I'm Nicole Bader and I have worked as a cuddle therapist and cuddle party host since my certification at KuschelRaum Berlin in 2022. Two further trainings come on top of that, which at first glance have little to do with each other: Emotional Release Breathwork after kernwärts© and nature and wilderness education.
In fact they build on each other. Breathwork brings to the surface in a short time what is otherwise neatly stowed away. Touch catches it, without anything having to be talked about. And outdoors, without walls and without an appointment, both come more easily. That is the order I work in — in a one-to-one session just as much as on the retreats.
That I do this work has to do with my own history. I have a history of addiction behind me and have been walking the 12-step path since 2018. From that time I know very precisely how it feels to sit with something you don't want to tell anyone — and how much it is worth when somebody listens anyway, without a flicker.
That is why two things don't exist here: judgement and alcohol. And why two things always do: a framework that has been spoken out loud, and permission to stop at any moment.

Chapter 02 — My attitude
Five sentences you may hold me to.
Five sentencesyou may holdme to.
- 01
You are not broken.
Needing touch is not a symptom. It is the basic equipment of a mammal.
- 02
I interpret nothing.
If something comes up in a session, I can hold it. I won't explain it to you and I won't turn it into a diagnosis.
- 03
The framework comes before the feeling.
First the agreement, then the touch. Even when both of us would find something else nicer in the moment.
- 04
I say no when it doesn't fit.
Sometimes I notice in the pre-talk that someone is looking for something I don't offer. Then I say so.
- 05
What happens here stays here.
No names, no stories, no photos. Not anonymised either, and not as an example.
Chapter 03 — Working together
Zeraldas Kitchen is a one-woman practice — it is open all the same.
One practice,three open doors.
Rooms & locations
For cuddle parties and courses I am always looking for suitable rooms around Mönchengladbach: wooden floor, quiet, available in the evening. If you have a room like that, get in touch.
Colleagues
For larger groups and retreats I work with other certified hosts from the KuschelRaum network. Enquiries are welcome.
Practices & counselling services
If you work therapeutically and wonder whether cuddle therapy suits someone: call. I'll also say honestly when it doesn't.
This section is our proposal — Nicole didn't specify anything about it. If collaborations aren't wanted, we'll take it out again.
Chapter 04 — Getting to know each other
Twenty minutes on the phone before you book anything.
Listen to myvoice first.
Simply choose “Let's talk on the phone first” in the form. After that you'll know more about me than from any text on this site.
